1. What Yunoh is, and what these Guidelines do

Yunoh exists for one thing: real conversation between two adults, live, face to face. There are no profiles to browse, no audience and no followers — a Session is a private one-to-one video call between two people matched in the moment. Connect Beyond Profiles.

These Guidelines set the content line and the standards of behaviour for the whole Platform. They apply in a Session, a Direct Call, in-Session chat and in every Message, to Members, Earners, Verified Earners and Guests alike, and they form part of the User Agreement. Breaching them breaches that agreement.

Three principles run through everything below. Be real — your own camera, in real time, no borrowed faces and no recordings. Be respectful — a difference in language, culture or income is not a licence to talk down to anyone. No nudity, no sexual content — flirtation and seduction belong here; nudity and sexually explicit conduct do not, anywhere, at any time, for anyone.

Yunoh is not an escort service. "Earner" means a woman who has chosen to be available for live conversation on Yunoh, and nothing else. It never denotes escort, solicitation, or paid physical or sexual companionship of any kind. Anyone who uses Yunoh as though it did will lose their account.

How a match works, because it shapes what follows. A Member is shown nothing about an Earner except her live video. Matching is random, from a single pool, with no filters. Nobody rates anybody — no stars, no scores, no public reputation, in either direction. Her right to decline is at 2.4.

2. The No-Nudity Standard

This is the content rule of the Platform, and the one rule everybody needs to know exactly. We would rather you read it once than have to guess.

Yunoh is a place for flirtation and seduction. It is not a place for nudity or sexual content. That line does not move. There is no adult area, no opt-in and no private mode where it relaxes — not for a paying Member, a long-standing Earner, a large Gift, a friendship, or agreement between two consenting adults. If both people want to break it, both people lose their accounts.

The standard applies in a Session, in a Direct Call, in in-Session chat and in a Message, including every image sent in a Message.

2.1 What is permitted Plenty. This is not a modesty test, and nobody is being asked to dress down.

• Flirtation, seduction and suggestive conversation. Compliments, chemistry, innuendo, a conversation that is unmistakably charged. That is what Yunoh is for.
• Suggestive presentation. How you look, how you move, how you hold the camera. You may be deliberately alluring.
• Lingerie. Swimwear. Low-cut clothing. Revealing clothing. A bikini is fine. A bra and knickers are fine. A slip dress, a bodysuit, a sheer top over something opaque, a robe over lingerie — all fine.
• The working test: if it would be acceptable on a mainstream beach or in a lingerie catalogue, it is acceptable here.

Everyday clothing is equally welcome, and nobody is expected to wear any of the above. The standard sets a ceiling, not a floor.

2.2 What is prohibited Four things. They apply to everyone, on camera at all times, regardless of gender or body type.

1. Nudity and partial nudity. The genitals, the anus, the buttocks and the female nipples stay covered by opaque material, the whole time. Covered means covered: sheer, transparent, mesh or wet fabric through which any of those is visible is not covered. Clothing that has slipped, an open robe with nothing underneath, a towel that falls — all exposure, all a breach. A thong is fine so long as the buttocks are not exposed; pasties and tape are not a substitute for opaque covering of the nipples.

2. Sexually explicit conduct. We use the definition at 18 U.S.C. §2256(2), so that the line is precise rather than a matter of opinion. None of the following, whether actual or simulated: sexual intercourse of any kind, bestiality, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals or pubic area.

3. Sexual acts with anyone else, and devices. No sexual act involving any other person, whether or not that person is in frame, and no use of a sex toy or any other device or object in a sexual manner on camera.

4. Framing that fakes explicit content. Do not frame, zoom, angle or tilt the camera onto covered genitals, buttocks or breasts in order to simulate explicit content. You may be suggestive; you may not use the camera to manufacture what the standard prohibits. Your face should remain the main subject of the frame.

The short version: suggestive is permitted. Nude and explicit are not. If you are unsure, those four prohibitions are the whole answer — nothing outside them breaches this section.

2.3 Teasing is permitted. Promising an explicit payoff is not. Teasing, building anticipation and playful withholding are ordinary parts of flirtation, and they are expressly permitted. Hinting, holding something back, changing the subject at the wrong moment — none of that is a breach, and none of it is discouraged.

What is prohibited is representing, promising, implying or bargaining that nudity or sexually explicit conduct will follow. Nudity and explicit conduct are prohibited here, so nobody can honestly offer them. Offering them anyway is a breach, whichever side of the camera it comes from, and whether it is framed as a reward for Coins spent, a Gift sent, a Direct Call placed, more time on the Session, or moving somewhere else.

These cross the line: "Send me a Gift and I'll take it off." "Stay on and you'll see more." "Buy more Coins and I'll show you." So does the same promise made by gesture, countdown or implication rather than said aloud.

Coins buy Session minutes, Direct Calls and Gifts. They have never bought nudity or sexual content and never will. A promise of one takes money for something that will never arrive, and it puts on the Earner an expectation she then has to manage — precisely the harm this standard exists to prevent.

So, plainly: a Member who asks for, bargains for or pressures for nudity or explicit conduct is the breaching party. She is not.

2.4 Nobody has to go anywhere near the line The standard above is a ceiling we enforce. It is not a level anyone is expected to reach.

An Earner may decline any match or Direct Call, end any Session at any moment, and refuse any request — without limit, without explanation and without penalty. Not once: every time. Declining is never a breach, never affects her Wallet, and never counts against her in matching, in payout or in any internal signal we hold. A Member is never told that he was declined; he is routed on to the next match.

Nothing a Member has paid changes this. Coins spent, a Gift, a Friend Connection, or anything she was happy to do in an earlier Session buys exactly one thing: the minutes. It does not buy compliance.

Pressing someone after she has declined is itself a breach, and so is bargaining, sulking, shaming, threatening to report her, or offering more money. If it happens to you, end the Session and report it.

2.5 Where you are, and who else is there Being in a bedroom is not a breach. Being undressed is, wherever you are, and so is being in a bathroom.

• No third party may appear in frame or be audible without their clear consent. If someone walks in, end or pause the Session.
• A minor must never be in frame, in the room or audible during a Session — including your own child, and including a child in a photograph on the wall behind you. No exceptions. See the Child Safety Standards.
• Nothing in your background may break these Guidelines. Check posters, screens, mirrors and reflections for nudity, weapons, drugs or anything sexual, and avoid showing documents, addresses, house numbers or workplace signage. Virtual and blurred backgrounds are permitted, provided your face remains clearly visible and unaltered.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are not permitted anywhere on Yunoh, in a Session or in a Message. The list is not exhaustive: we act on conduct that clearly violates the spirit of these Guidelines even where it is not itemised.

• 3.1 People and consent
• 1. Being under 18 and using Yunoh, or helping anyone under 18 to access it.
• 2. A minor, or anyone who appears to be a minor, appearing in frame, being audible, or being present in the room.
• 3. Child sexual abuse material in any form, and the sexualisation of a minor in words, images, staging or role-play — including age-play framed as fantasy between adults.

1. Grooming, or solicitation of any kind directed at a person under 18.
2. Human trafficking, forced or coerced participation, direction of a person on camera by a third party, or any sign that a person is not acting freely.
3. Sexual exploitation of any person, and coercion of any kind — pressuring someone into conduct they have refused, threatening to expose or shame them, or exploiting a difference in money, language or circumstances.
4. Non-consensual sexual content, including sharing or threatening to share an intimate image of another person — revenge pornography — whether or not she uses Yunoh.

• 3.2 Sexual conduct and solicitation
• 8. Nudity or partial nudity: exposure of the genitals, anus, buttocks or female nipples, including through sheer, transparent, mesh or wet fabric, or through clothing that has slipped, opened or been removed.
• 9. Sexually explicit conduct as defined at 18 U.S.C. §2256(2), actual or simulated.
• 10. Sexual acts involving any third party, and sexual use of a device or object on camera.
• 11. Framing the camera on covered genitals, buttocks or breasts to simulate explicit content.
• 12. Asking another User to do any of items 8 to 11, or to undress. Asking is the breach; you do not need an answer. Offering money, Coins or a Gift to obtain it is an aggravating factor, not a defence.
• 13. Sending or displaying nude or sexually explicit images, links or content anywhere, including in a Message.
• 14. Representing, promising, implying or bargaining that nudity or explicit conduct will follow — including in exchange for Coins spent, a Gift, a Direct Call, more Session time, or moving off the Platform.
• 15. Asking for, bargaining for or pressuring for such a promise, or treating one as owed.
• 16. Solicitation of prostitution or escorting — offering, requesting, advertising or negotiating sexual services, "meet-ups", escorting or any paid physical or sexual encounter, on or off Yunoh.
• 17. Continuing to ask, plead, sulk or negotiate after someone has declined; shaming, threatening or offering more money to obtain what has been refused; treating Coins spent, a Gift or a friendship as an entitlement.

Flirtation, seduction, teasing, suggestive conversation and suggestive presentation are not breaches of any of the above.

• 3.3 Money and fraud
• 18. Spam, scams, phishing, fraud and chargeback abuse — obtaining money or gifts by deception, including fabricated emergencies and romance fraud.
• 19. Money laundering, or any use of the Platform to move, layer or disguise the proceeds of crime.
• 20. Sanctions evasion, including reaching the Platform from a restricted territory by misrepresenting where you are.
• 21. Payment circumvention — asking for or offering payment outside Yunoh, including bank transfers, cryptocurrency, gift cards, payment apps and wish lists, in a Message exactly as in a Session.
• 22. Manipulation of the Coin, Point, Gift or referral systems, including buying Coins and refunding them without materially using the Platform.
• 23. Advertising, recruiting or promoting other services, platforms or businesses.

3.4 Illegal goods and activity 24. Any criminal activity, and planning, arranging or facilitating it. 25. Sale, promotion or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances on camera.

26. Sale or promotion of any other illegal goods or services. 27. Display, sale or brandishing of weapons.

• 3.5 Harassment and safety
• 28. Harassment, bullying, stalking, sexual harassment, or repeated unwanted contact.
• 29. Hate speech, and attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease.
• 30. Threats of violence, incitement to violence, or glorification of violent acts or violent extremism.
• 31. Content depicting real violence, gore, animal cruelty or the aftermath of atrocity.
• 32. Content that encourages, instructs in or glorifies suicide, self-harm or an eating disorder. If you are struggling, see section 8 — we would far rather help than enforce.
• 33. Doxxing and stalking — sharing another person's real name, address, workplace, phone number, financial details, immigration status or images without consent, or pursuing them on or off the Platform.

• 3.6 Platform integrity
• 34. Recording or screen-capturing a Session, in whole or in part, by any means. See section 4.
• 35. Impersonation — pretending to be another person, a Yunoh employee or a public figure, or misrepresenting your identity, age or circumstances materially.
• 36. Using a pre-recorded, looped, virtual-camera or AI-generated feed in place of your live camera, face-swap or deepfake filters that alter your identity, or anyone else's likeness. Your camera must show you, and only you.
• 37. Soliciting off-Platform contact — asking for or offering a phone number, messaging handle or social account, or pressing someone to continue elsewhere. Being friends does not change this.
• 38. Attempting to disable, evade, spoof or interfere with age assurance, moderation, matching, rate limiting or payment controls — including any attempt to send an image where you may not, or to defeat the pre-delivery scan.
• 39. Bots, automation, scraping, malware, or any attack on the security or integrity of the Platform.
• 40. Selling, buying or sharing an account, and using additional accounts to evade enforcement.

4. Recording, and other people's likeness

Yunoh does not record Sessions. We do not record, store or replay the video or audio of a Session. Our safety systems analyse a live Session as it happens; where something is flagged, a limited moderation artefact — a still, a classifier score, a timestamped event — may be kept for safety, enforcement and legal purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

You may not record either. No screen recording, no screenshots, no filming the screen with a second device, no capture tools. Every Session, every time, with or without the other person's agreement.

Nobody's likeness may be redistributed. Do not publish, share, repost or sell any image or video of another person taken from Yunoh, and do not use anyone's face or voice to create derivative or synthetic material.

Recording is one of the most serious breaches here. It may also breach privacy and image-rights law, and where a recording is shared or used to threaten someone it may be a criminal offence. If you believe someone is recording, end the Session and report it immediately.

5. Messages between friends

Every rule in these Guidelines applies to a Message exactly as it applies to a Session. The No-Nudity Standard applies in full, in words and in images. It does not relax because a Message is private, asynchronous, or between people who have accepted each other as friends. No sexual solicitation, no moving contact or payment off the Platform, no harassment. Someone who stops replying has answered.

Only a Verified Earner may send an image. A Member may not send an image at all, and working around that is a breach under 3.6. Every image is scanned before delivery. An image that fails the standard is blocked, never delivered, kept as evidence, and suspends the sending account pending review.

Unlike a Session, a Message is stored, because it has to be delivered and read later — so a reported Message is decided on what was actually sent. You can block or unfriend at any time, without reason; blocking ends the Friend Connection, stops Messages both ways and prevents any future match. It is private. The everyday version of these rules is in the Chat Rules.

6. How these Guidelines are enforced

Automated detection and automated intervention run continuously, on every live Session and every Message, at every hour. Automation can prompt you, warn you, blur video, block an image before delivery, end a Session and freeze an account, without waiting for anyone.

We should be plain about the human layer. Human moderation at launch is one staffed shift covering peak hours, with on-call escalation outside it, and staffed coverage grows with volume. Child safety is the exception: an apparent minor or a child-safety report is treated as immediate at any hour, on any day.

No automated system closes an account permanently. A permanent ban is always a human decision, taken with the evidence in front of the reviewer.

• 6.1 The enforcement ladder
• 1. Warning — an in-Session or in-app notice telling you what broke the rules.
• 2. Session interruption — the Session is prompted, blurred, paused or ended.
• 3. Temporary suspension — the Account is locked for a defined period.
• 4. Permanent ban — the Account is closed and you may not create another. We may block associated devices and payment instruments.
• 5. Wallet and payout consequences — where an Earner is removed for a serious breach, accrued earnings connected to that breach may be withheld and pending payouts held, under the Earner Agreement.
• 6. Reporting to the authorities, where the law requires it or there is a risk of serious harm.

6.2 Where conduct lands

A first confirmed exposure that reads as accidental — a garment slipping, a camera knocked — is a warning and a correction, not a ban; exposure that is deliberate or repeated after a warning is treated as deliberate. That distinction is made by a person, not a classifier. We take context into account: what happened, whether anyone was harmed, whether you have breached before, and how you responded. We do not take payment history into account. Spending more does not buy latitude.

6.3 Being told, and appealing For any consequential action you will be told what rule was breached, what we did and how to challenge it. An appeal is reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision, and an upheld appeal restores the Account and any wrongly withheld Wallet balance. The route, deadlines and out-of-court options are in the Complaints and Content Removal Policy.

Appeals do not apply to terminations under the Child Safety Standards, where the decision is final and the matter may be with the authorities. Nothing here removes your right to complain to a court, a regulator or a supervisory authority.

7. Coins after enforcement

The User Agreement governs Coins in full. Two points belong here. Where a Session ends because the Earner breached these Guidelines, the Member is not charged for time after it ended; where it ends because the Member breached them, Coins already spent are not refunded. And if you spent Coins after being told, in substance, that nudity or explicit conduct would follow, that is a legitimate ground to ask us for a refund.

8. Reporting, blocking and getting help

Every Session has a Report control and an End Session control. Use them; you do not need to be polite to someone breaking these rules, or to wait for the Session to finish. You can also report from your Session history for a period afterwards, report any Message, and block anyone at any time. Anything that does not fit the in-product flow can go to support@yunoh.com, with the approximate date and time and what happened.

Child-safety reports are escalated immediately, at any hour. Other reports are triaged automatically at once and reviewed by a moderator within the staffed shift. Reports made in good faith never count against you, even where we conclude no rule was broken; deliberately false or malicious reports are themselves a breach.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services; if you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to a local crisis line. Our moderators can end a Session and remove a User, but they are not a substitute for emergency or medical help.

9. Changes

We update these Guidelines as the Platform grows and the law changes. Material changes are notified in-app and by email before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
