User Agreement
1. Who we are, and what this agreement is
1.1 Yunoh is an adults-only live video platform. Instead of profiles and swiping, we match you with one other adult for a private one-to-one video Session — "Connect Beyond Profiles."
1.2 This User Agreement is a binding contract between you and PXL NexQuantum Ltd, incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, company registration number HE 497211, registered office Voukourestiou 25, Neptune House, 1st floor, Flat/Office 11, Zakaki, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus (the "Company", "we", "us"). You accept it by creating an Account, starting a Session as a Guest, buying Coins or otherwise using the Platform. If you do not accept it, do not use the Platform.
1.3 The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Chat Rules, Child Safety Standards, Age Assurance and Online Safety and Complaints and Content Removal Policy also form part of your agreement with us. If you earn on Yunoh, so does the Earner Agreement.
1.4 Your consumer rights. Nothing here removes, restricts or replaces a right you have as a consumer under mandatory law. Where a clause would have that effect, it applies only as far as the law allows.
2. Definitions
- Coins — the virtual credit a Member buys and spends; one Coin buys one minute.
- Direct Call — a Session started by calling a friend, outside random matching.
- Earner — a woman who appears on camera in Sessions and accrues earnings. "Earner" never means escort, escorting, solicitation, sex work or paid sexual companionship.
- Friend Connection — a mutually accepted connection allowing Messages and Direct Calls.
- Gift — a Coin-funded token of appreciation sent to an Earner in a Session.
- Guest — an unregistered visitor sampling the Platform on five free minutes.
- Member — a registered User on the buying side, who buys and consumes Coins.
- Message — a text message exchanged outside a Session between friends.
- Platform — Yunoh, at yunoh.com.
- Points — the unit in which an Earner's earnings accrue to her Wallet; 100 Points = USD 1.00.
- Session — a private one-to-one live video call between two people.
- Verified Earner — an Earner who has passed financial identity verification and can withdraw.
Coins and Points are separate units on separate ledgers. Nothing converts one into the other.
3. Eligibility and your Account
3.1 You must be 18 or over, in every capacity, with no exception and no supervised mode. If the age of majority where you live is higher, you must have reached it, and you must have capacity to enter into this agreement.
3.2 Age assurance. Before an Earner appears on camera at all she must pass age assurance: facial age estimation with a conservative buffer — she is treated as potentially under age unless the estimate clears approximately 25, against a legal threshold of 18 — plus a liveness check, government-issued identity document fallback where it does not clear, and human review of every refusal. Delivered with a specialist age-assurance provider; it is never optional, deferred or waived, and if the vendor is unavailable no new Earner goes on camera.
If you are in the United Kingdom, this applies to you too, whether or not you ever earn. You must pass highly effective age assurance before the interactive service opens at all — before matching, live video, audio, Messages, images, Friend Connections, buying Coins or sending a Gift. Until then you see a landing page and nothing more. A self-declaration is not enough, and neither is a payment card. There are no Guest free minutes in the UK.
Everywhere else, a User confirms his age on registration, supported by a payment-card signal at purchase; a Guest self-declares only. We state that gap plainly in the Age Assurance and Online Safety document rather than dressing it up, and we may require any User to complete stronger assurance at any time.
3.3 Re-verification. We may require any User to complete or repeat age assurance at any time, and restrict camera access, Sessions or the Account while we do. Where we suspect a User is under 18 we suspend first and ask afterwards; Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated.
3.4 Your Account. Give us accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date; we may refuse registration or require further verification. You may hold one Account, and not both a Member and an Earner Account — none for someone else, and no new Account to evade a ban. Do not share your credentials, let anyone else use your Account, appear on camera in another's place or let another appear in yours, or sell, rent or transfer your Account, Coins or Wallet; any purported transfer is void.
3.5 Security. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us at support@yunoh.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity on your Account, except where it results from our failure or something outside your reasonable control, and nothing here makes you liable for unauthorised payment transactions beyond what the law allows.
3.6 Restricted jurisdictions. You may not use the Platform if you are subject to EU, UN, US or UK sanctions, if a service like Yunoh is unlawful where you are, or if we do not offer it in your territory. We may block access by country.
4. What Yunoh is
4.1 Sessions and random matching. A Session connects two adults for a private one-to-one live video conversation. Matching is done by our backend and is randomised, subject to our safety controls: no filters, no search, no preferences. There is no broadcasting, livestreaming, group video, audience, follower count or public feed. Yunoh is used in a browser; there is no native iOS or Android application at launch, and Coins are never sold through an app store.
4.2 There are no profiles. A Member sees nothing about an Earner except her live video — no name, age, country, language, biography or photograph. She still registers and verifies with us; what is nil is what is displayed.
4.3 Sessions are not recorded. We do not record, store or replay the video or audio of a Session. Our moderation systems analyse Session media in real time and in transient form, which creates no recording; where something is flagged we may keep a moderation artefact — a flagged still, a classifier score, an event record — for the period set out in the Privacy Policy. You may not record, screen-capture, photograph, stream or reproduce any part of a Session.
4.4 The content line. Flirtation, seduction, teasing and suggestive presentation belong on Yunoh, including lingerie, swimwear, low-cut and revealing clothing. Nudity, partial nudity and sexually explicit conduct do not, anywhere, at any time. No adult area, opt-in or private mode relaxes that — not for a paying Member, a large Gift, a friendship, or agreement between two adults. Teasing is permitted; promising an explicit payoff is not, and a Member who asks for, bargains for or pressures for it is the breaching party, never her. The standard is in the Community Guidelines and applies in a Session, a Direct Call, in-Session chat and every Message and image.
4.5 The free window and Direct Calls. The first ten seconds of every new match are free; billing begins at ten seconds, so leaving inside the window costs you nothing. A Member may also call a friend directly at the standard rate of one Coin per minute. The ten-second free window does not apply to a Direct Call — it bills from the moment the call connects, and we tell you so before the call places. The Earner may accept or decline.
4.6 Guests. You may sample the Platform without registering, for up to five free minutes of Session time in total, once per person rather than per visit or device, and we use technical signals to enforce that. A Guest must be 18 or over, must comply with this agreement and the Community Guidelines, and cannot buy Coins, send Gifts or earn.
4.7 The right to decline, to leave and to refuse. This overrides anything a Member may think he has bought.
- An Earner may decline any match and any Direct Call, without limit, explanation or penalty. There is no cap, quota or target, and it never affects her earnings, her matching or any internal signal. A Member is not told he was declined; he is routed to the next match.
- Either party may end a Session at any moment, for any reason or none.
- An Earner may refuse any request made of her. Coins spent, a Gift sent, a friendship, or anything she has done before, obliges her to nothing now.
- Pressing a person after she has declined is a breach of this agreement.
4.8 No guarantee of a match, and the rematch limit. We do not guarantee that a match will be available at any moment, that any particular person will be, or that a Session will be of a given quality or length. A Member may re-enter random matching a limited number of times each hour. It is a safety and fairness limit — unbounded rematching consumes other people's time and is a route to harassment — and it is not a limit that can be paid to lift. The current figure is shown in the product.
5. Messages and Friend Connections
5.1 Friend requests. Either of you may send a friend request in a Session, but only once it has passed the ten-second free window. A Friend Connection is made only where the other person accepts, and either of you may end it at any time.
5.2 Messages are free. Friends may exchange text Messages outside a Session. No Coin is consumed on a Message, on either side, and an Earner accrues nothing on one. There is no per-Message price and no message allowance; messaging sits outside both ledgers. In place of a price we apply anti-spam sending limits, shown in the product, and every thread carries block, mute and report. Nobody has to reply, and an Earner's response rate is never measured, stored, displayed or reflected in her matching or pay.
5.3 Images. Only a Verified Earner may send an image in a Message. A Member may not send an image at all, by any means, including embedding, linking or a third-party tool. Every image is scanned before delivery, and 4.4 applies to a Message as to a Session.
5.4 Messages are stored. Unlike a Session, a Message is stored, so that it can be delivered and read later. Retention is in the Privacy Policy, and Messages are covered by the Chat Rules.
6. Coins
6.1 What a Coin is. A Coin is a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access features of the Platform. One Coin buys one minute of Session time, at the same flat rate for every Earner and every Session, including a Direct Call. Coins also pay for Gifts.
6.2 What a Coin is not. Coins are not money, not electronic money, not a deposit, not a stored-value instrument, not a security or investment, and do not earn interest. They cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, traded or bequeathed between Accounts, or pay anyone off the Platform. They are accepted only by us, and an Earner never receives them: she accrues Points from us on a separate ledger. None of that affects your right under section 8 to your money back.
6.3 How you get Coins. You buy them, or receive the 15 free Coins we grant once to a first-time registered Member on signup — fifteen free minutes, ordinary Coins in use, which never expire and may be spent on Session minutes, a Direct Call or a Gift. The grant is once per person, not once per Account, and is additional to the Guest allowance; claiming it again by another email address, device, browser, VPN or proxy is a breach, and we may reverse the Coins and close the Accounts. We may withdraw the offer for future signups without affecting Coins already granted.
6.4 Bundles and prices. Coins are sold in USD only, in three bundles:
- Starter — 10 Coins for $8.00
- Standard — 60 Coins plus a 10-Coin bonus, 70 Coins in total, for $39.00
- Premium — 360 Coins plus a 200-Coin bonus, 560 Coins in total, for $189.00
Bonus Coins never expire, but they cannot be converted back into money. They spend exactly like any other Coin — on Session minutes, a Direct Call or a Gift, at the same one Coin per minute — and the Earner earns on them in full. What they do not carry is refund value: once you have started using a bundle, a refund counts only its base Coins. Your balance shows separately how many of your Coins are refundable, so you always know where you stand.
If you have not used a bundle at all, you get all of your money back. Where you have consumed no Coins whatsoever from a purchase, a refund under 8.2 returns the full price you paid — the bonus Coins take nothing away from it. We have delivered you nothing, so we keep nothing. The moment you spend any Coin from that purchase, base or bonus, the refund on it ends entirely — there is no partial refund and nothing is calculated per Coin.
6.5 Coins never expire — and that is separate from the refund window. A purchased, bonus or signup Coin balance on an active Account does not expire and is not reduced by any dormancy, inactivity or maintenance fee. There is no deadline for spending a Coin, ever. Promotional Coins may carry a stated expiry, which we tell you at the time.
What does have a deadline is turning an unspent balance back into money: that is 14 days from the purchase, under 8.2. The two are different things and it is worth being clear about which is which — your Coins last forever; the option to have cash instead lasts 14 days. We tell you this at checkout before you pay, and again in your receipt, and your balance shows at all times how much of it is still refundable and until when.
6.6 How Coins are consumed. Coins are consumed as Session time elapses and when you send a Gift. Time accrues per second at one sixtieth of a Coin; at Session close the total is settled by rounding up to the next whole Coin, and your debit and the Earner's credit both derive from that same whole number. We warn you as your balance runs low, and a Session never takes it below zero: when the balance is exhausted, the Session ends.
6.7 Spend order. Where a balance holds different kinds of Coin, promotional Coins are spent first, then signup Coins, then bonus Coins, then purchased base Coins, oldest purchase first — the order that spends the Coins carrying no refund value before the ones that do, and so preserves the refundable part of your balance for as long as possible.
6.8 Gifts. A Gift is voluntary, sent in a Session, priced at 5, 20, 60, 150, 300 and 500 Coins for the Bouquet, Champagne, Perfume, Luxury Watch, Designer Bag and Diamond. The same Gift may be sent more than once in one action, up to a cap shown to you before you send. A Gift is not payment for any service and entitles you to nothing beyond the Session as it stands; requesting or offering one for prohibited conduct is a serious breach.
6.9 The daily spend cap. A daily spend cap applies to every Account, disclosed to you at the point of purchase and shown in your Account. It may rise once your Account has been open for a while. It covers everything you spend, including Gifts, it exists for affordability and anti-money-laundering reasons, and it is not a limit that can be paid to lift — we will never offer to raise it in exchange for anything.
6.10 Errors and price changes. Where we have wrongly deducted Coins, or Coins you paid for did not arrive, we restore them or refund the money; where Coins were credited in error we may correct the balance, telling you first unless that would prejudice a fraud investigation. We may change bundle prices, bundle contents and Gift prices for future purchases: the price that applies is the one shown at the point of purchase, and a change never alters what you have paid or the refund value of Coins already in your balance.
7. Paying
7.1 One-off purchases only. Coins are sold as individual, one-off purchases. There is no subscription, no plan, no membership tier and no auto-renewal, and nothing is ever charged to you automatically. Every purchase takes a fresh, deliberate action by you, and we say so affirmatively at checkout.
7.2 Processor and card data. Payments are handled by a third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, currently a third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, whose own terms also apply. We do not store full card numbers. If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may suspend the Account and reverse the corresponding Coins.
7.3 Currency, tax and receipts. We sell and charge in USD only; if your bank converts the amount, the rate and any fee are between you and that institution. Purchases may attract VAT, GST, sales tax or an equivalent, and checkout shows the price, any tax applied and the total that will be taken. A receipt is issued for every purchase to the email address on
your Account, your Account holds a transaction history, and purchases appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor.
8. Refunds, cancellation and chargebacks
8.1 The 14-day right to cancel, and immediate supply. Coins are digital content supplied immediately. Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, and consumers in the UK have 14 days to cancel one; for digital content that right is lost where supply begins with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that it will be lost, confirmed on a durable medium. We ask for that consent and acknowledgement before you confirm a purchase, as a separate affirmative step, never pre-ticked, and confirm it in your receipt. Where you have given it, the statutory right comes to an end for that purchase once the Coins are credited to your balance.
What we give you instead is wider than what the statute would have left you, and it is a promise you can hold us to. A purchase from which you have consumed nothing at all is refunded at the whole price if you ask within 14 days, and a fault-based refund has no time limit at all. See the Refund Policy for both, and Your Rights in the UK and the EU for the statutory position in full, how to cancel, and the model cancellation form.
8.2 A purchase you have not touched: 14 days, whole price. If you have consumed nothing at all from a purchase, you may ask us within 14 days of it for the whole price back. You need not close your Account and you need not give a reason. If any Coin from that purchase has been consumed — base or bonus — there is no refund on it at all. There is no partial refund and no per-Coin calculation; the Coins stay yours and never expire.
After those 14 days, Coins no longer convert back into money — but they remain yours and they never expire. There is no deadline on using them, no dormancy rule and no forfeiture for inactivity: a Coin bought today is still one minute of Session time in five years. What ends at day 14 is the option to turn an unspent balance back into cash, not the Coins themselves.
This is separate from 8.4. Nothing in this section time-limits a refund that is owed because something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a failed Session, an unauthorised payment, a Session ended for the Earner's breach, or any of the other grounds in 8.4. Those have no deadline of any kind, and 14 days has no bearing on them. Section 8.2 governs one thing only: changing your mind about Coins you have bought and not used.
8.3 The four rules. The refund promise is subject to four rules, and nothing else.
- Within 14 days of the purchase, as set out in 8.2. This rule applies only to the change-of-mind route; it does not apply to anything in 8.4.
- Only a purchase you have not touched. A single Coin consumed from it — on Session minutes, a Direct Call or a Gift, base Coin or bonus Coin — ends the refund on the whole purchase. A Message consumes no Coins, so nothing about messaging can touch a purchase.
- Only to the original payment method. Never a different card, a bank account or a third party — no exception and no discretion: money leaves only by the route it came in.
- The amount is the whole price you paid for that purchase, including the part attributable to any bonus Coins. Nothing is retained and there is no proportion to calculate.
We aim to process an approved refund within 10 to 14 days of the decision; after that, timing is for the processor and your bank. If the original card has expired or closed we will look for another route that satisfies rule 3; if none exists we will say so rather than pay somewhere else.
8.4 When we will also refund — and these have no time limit. The grounds in this section are not subject to the 14 days in 8.2. They are refunds owed because something went wrong, and they can be raised whenever you discover it. Where you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or charged for a bundle you did not receive; where a Session failed or was unusable through a fault on our side or our providers' side; where a Session ended for the Earner's breach; where your payment method was used without your authorisation; where you spent Coins after being told, in substance, that nudity or explicit conduct would follow, which nobody here can deliver; and wherever mandatory consumer law requires it. If a Session drops, consumption stops with it. We may also refund or credit as a goodwill gesture, which creates no right to repeat it.
Coins first, money if you want it. On a goodwill claim and on a Session that failed on our side, we will normally offer you the Coins back rather than the money, because it is faster and it puts you straight back where you were. That is an offer and never a condition. If you would rather have the money, say so and you get the money — we will not ask twice, we will not make you justify it, and we will not treat a request for money as a reason to look at the claim again. Where the law gives you a right to money, Coins are never a substitute for it, whatever this agreement says.
8.5 When we will not. Unspent Coins bought more than 14 days ago are not converted back into money — see 8.2, and note that the Coins themselves remain yours indefinitely. Coins consumed in a Session that connected, worked and ran normally are not refunded: those minutes were supplied. Dissatisfaction with the conversation or the match is not a fault in the service. Nor do we refund faults in your own device, network or connection, other than as required by law, or Coins consumed in a Session ended for your breach. A Gift is consumed when sent and is not refunded because you regret it, and we may decline a request where the evidence shows the claim is not genuine.
8.6 How to ask, and how to appeal. Write to support@yunoh.com. If we decline and you disagree, ask for a review within 30 days; it is carried out by someone not responsible for the original decision, and we aim to reply within 14 days. That 30-day window applies to a refund review only, and does not affect your right to appeal an enforcement decision under 10.4.
8.7 Buy-and-refund cycling. Buying Coins and refunding them without materially using the Platform is a breach and grounds for refusal, suspension, termination and, where indicated, a report. Refunds are held, not processed, while a chargeback, fraud or anti-money-laundering review is open.
8.8 Chargebacks. Please come to us first: a chargeback is slower than a support ticket, usually by weeks. When one is raised, the Coins bought with that payment are removed from your balance; if they are already spent the balance may go to zero and we may record a shortfall as owed; and your Account may be suspended while the dispute runs. A pattern of chargebacks, or one raised on a transaction you know to be legitimate, is a serious breach leading to permanent termination and, where the amounts justify it, recovery of the debt. That does not affect a genuine fraud claim: if your card was used without your authorisation, tell your bank and tell us.
8.9 Refunds and Earners. A refund of unspent Coins never reverses an Earner's accrual: an unspent Coin was never spent with anybody, so no accrual ever existed.
9. Rules of use
9.1 The content line, the standards of behaviour towards other people and the full list of prohibited conduct — from minors and trafficking to harassment, doxxing, escorting and off-Platform contact solicitation — are in the Community Guidelines, and for Messages in the Chat Rules. Both are binding, and a breach of either is a breach of this agreement.
9.2 Account and commercial breaches. In addition, you must not:
solicit, offer or arrange payment outside the Platform, including by sharing payment links, wallet addresses, bank details, cash-app handles or gift-card codes, or move a Session or Message exchange off-Platform to pay or be paid; use a stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment method, or raise a chargeback in bad faith; launder money, evade sanctions, or use the Platform for financial crime; manipulate the Coin, Point, Gift or referral systems, including by exploiting a balance error or claiming the signup Coins or Guest minutes more than once; circumvent, disable or test our moderation, age assurance, rate limiting, geo-blocking, security or payment controls, or misrepresent your location to reach the Platform from a restricted territory; scrape the Platform or access it by bot or script, or use a virtual camera, pre-recorded video, deepfake or AI-generated likeness in place of your own live feed; reverse engineer the Platform, except as far as that restriction cannot lawfully be imposed, introduce malware, or attack our infrastructure.
9.3 You must not do anything unlawful on the Platform, or anything that would put us in breach of a law or of an obligation to a payment partner or regulator.
10. Moderation and enforcement
10.1 How we moderate. Automated detection and automated intervention run continuously, in Sessions and on every image sent in a Message. Human review is staffed during our moderation shift and available on escalation outside it; child-safety escalations are immediate at any hour. You can report a User, a Session or a Message in-product at any time.
10.2 What we may do. Where you have breached this agreement or an incorporated document, or we must act to protect Users, the Platform, a third party or ourselves, we may act proportionately: warn you; remove or restrict content; end a Session in progress; restrict features, including camera, chat, Messages, Direct Calls, purchases or withdrawals; suspend or terminate the Account; withhold or reverse a Wallet balance where the breach involves fraud, chargeback abuse or unlawful conduct; and report the matter to law enforcement, a regulator or a hotline.
10.3 Immediate termination. Some breaches end an Account permanently without warning: anything involving a minor; nudity or explicit conduct on camera or in an image; non-consensual sexual content; coercion or trafficking; credible threats of violence; solicitation or escorting; off-Platform payment; recording a Session; fraud; and evading a ban.
10.4 Notice, reasons and appeal. Where we restrict, suspend or terminate your Account we will tell you and give reasons, unless the law prevents us or doing so would prejudice an investigation, risk someone's safety or breach an obligation to an authority. You may appeal at support@yunoh.com for at least six months from the date we notified you; the appeal is reviewed by someone not responsible for the original decision, and we aim to respond within 14 days. If it succeeds we restore your Account and any wrongly consumed Coins or withheld Wallet balance. The process is in the Complaints and Content Removal Policy.
11. Your content and ours
11.1 You keep ownership. You own your content, and nothing here transfers it to us.
11.2 The licence we need. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, sublicensable only to our processors and only to deliver the Platform, to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce and reformat your content only as far as necessary to operate, secure, moderate and support the Platform, comply with law and enforce this agreement. It does not permit use of your content for advertising or marketing without your separate consent, and lasts while your content is on the Platform and a reasonable period afterwards for backups, disputes and legal compliance. Because Sessions are not recorded, it reaches Session media only in transient form, and any artefact kept under 4.3.
11.3 Your warranties. You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights to your content, and that it breaches neither anyone's rights, this agreement nor the law.
11.4 Our content. The Yunoh name, logo, software, design, matching system and related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose, and nothing more. Copyright complaints go to legal@yunoh.com.
12. AI on the Platform
12.1 Which systems operate. We use artificial intelligence in three places: real-time moderation of Sessions, in-Session chat and Messages (Hive AI); speech-to-text (Deepgram); and translation and subtitling (Azure OpenAI). Facial age estimation and liveness run at the gate in 3.2.
12.2 AI output can be wrong. Transcripts and translations may be inaccurate or misleading and should not be relied on for anything important. Moderation models produce false positives and false negatives and change as vendors retrain them; a signal is not a finding. Where an automated decision has a material effect on your Account — a suspension, a blocked Message or image, a held withdrawal, a refusal at the age-assurance gate — you may ask a person to review it, and a reviewer not responsible for the original outcome will uphold, vary or reverse it. Write to support@yunoh.com; we aim to respond within five business days, sooner where an Account is suspended or a withdrawal held. A full appeal against an enforcement decision is a different route: it runs under the Complaints and Content Removal Policy and has its own timescale.
12.3 No training on your content. We do not use Session content to train AI models, and we do not permit our vendors to use the video, audio, transcripts or images processed for Yunoh to train, fine-tune or improve their own or anyone else's models. That is written into our contracts, and age-assurance images are not used for advertising, personalisation or training.
13. Earning on Yunoh
13.1 An Earner contracts with us as an independent contractor, not an employee, worker, agent or partner, and is responsible for her own taxes and registrations.
13.2 She must pass the age-assurance gate in 3.2 before appearing on camera. She may sign up, clear it, appear on camera and accrue a balance without financial identity verification; financial identity verification through Persona, with AML and sanctions screening, is required only to withdraw, and on passing it she becomes a Verified Earner.
The two gates are separate and neither substitutes for the other.
13.3 Earnings accrue to a Wallet at one fixed rate: every Coin consumed with her accrues 14 Points, on Session minutes, Direct Calls and Gifts alike, whether the Member bought the Coin or received it free on signup. 100 Points = USD 1.00, fixed and never re-rated. Guest minutes accrue 6 Points per minute, funded by us. A Wallet balance is held pending verification, is not her money or property until paid out, and does not expire. The minimum withdrawal is USD 50.
13.4 This is a summary; the Earner Agreement carries the full terms and prevails for Earners.
14. Suspension and termination
14.1 By you. You may stop using the Platform at any time and close your Account in your settings or at support@yunoh.com.
14.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your Account for breach; where the law, a regulator or a payment partner requires it; where we reasonably suspect fraud, financial crime or a risk to another User; where your Account has been inactive for a prolonged period and we have given notice; or where we stop offering the Platform in your territory, on reasonable notice. On termination your right to use the Platform ends, any Session ends, and we delete or de-identify your data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to retention we must apply.
14.3 Your Coins. Unspent purchased Coins are refundable under section 8, within the window in 8.2.
If we end it, you get your money back whatever the date. Where we close your Account for any reason that is not your breach — including a decision of ours to stop offering the service — we refund the price paid for all unspent purchased Coins on the rules in 8.3, and the 14 days in 8.2 do not apply. We ended it, so the money comes back.
If you close it yourself, we refund unspent purchased Coins only if you are still inside the 14 days in 8.2. Outside that window your Coins have no cash value, and closing your Account gives them up. We will tell you exactly that, and show you what you are giving up, before you confirm — so that nobody closes an Account without knowing. If you simply want to stop using Yunoh, you do not have to close anything: your Coins never expire and they will be there whenever you come back.
Free and promotional Coins carry no refundable value. The one exception is an Account we terminate for serious breach, where unspent Coins are not refunded so far as the law allows; where it does not, or that would be disproportionate, we refund the price paid less any loss properly suffered.
14.4 A Wallet balance. Where an Earner closes her Account, or we terminate it for a reason that is not her breach, her accrued balance remains payable, subject to financial identity verification and to the Earner Agreement; a final balance below the USD 50 minimum is paid in full in the final run, by any available rail. Where we terminate for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful conduct or a serious safety breach, we may withhold or adjust the balance and decline earnings attributable to the breach, proportionately and with reasons, and she may appeal under 10.4. We do not keep money an Earner has earned: a balance does not expire, there is no deadline to claim it, and we charge no dormancy or inactivity fee.
14.5 Survival. Sections 8, 11, 14, 15, 17 and 18, and anything else which by its nature should, survive termination.
15. Availability, disclaimers and liability
15.1 Our undertaking. We will provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill, and supply what you have paid for. Beyond that we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our moderation will detect every breach; 4.8 sets out what we do not guarantee about matching.
15.2 Other Users. Users are independent adults, not under our control. We verify age, moderate and act on reports, but we cannot guarantee any User's identity, character or conduct, and we are not party to any interaction between Users. Nothing on the Platform is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and Yunoh is not a crisis service; if you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.
15.3 What we never exclude. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your consumer rights under mandatory law, our obligation to supply the Platform in conformity with this agreement, and your remedies where we do not.
15.4 What is limited. Subject always to 15.3, and so far as the law permits, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, or any loss not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into this agreement. Our total liability for all other loss is limited to the value of the unspent Coins in your balance at the moment you bring the claim, calculated at the price you actually paid for them. That limit does not apply to 15.3, to a refund due under section 8, or to an Earner's accrued Wallet balance payable under the Earner Agreement.
15.5 Events outside our control. We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control — fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, strike, or failure of a public telecommunications network or of a hosting or payment provider. Where such an event lasts more than 30 days and prevents us providing the Platform, either of us may terminate on notice, and 14.3 applies to your Coins.
15.6 If you are not a consumer. If you use the Platform in the course of a business, you will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach, your content or your unlawful conduct. This does not apply to a consumer, except where the claim arises from fraud.
16. Changes
16.1 To the Platform and to this agreement. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may change this agreement — to reflect a change in the Platform, our vendors, the law or a payment partner's requirements. For any change that materially affects your rights or obligations we will give at least 30 days' notice, by email and in-product, saying plainly what is changing. We may act immediately where the law or a regulator requires it, or to address a security or safety risk. The current version is always published with its version number and date.
16.2 If you do not agree. Close your Account before the change takes effect, and 14.3 applies to your unspent Coins as though you had closed it voluntarily. Continuing to use the Platform afterwards means you accept the change.
17. Law, jurisdiction and complaints
17.1 Talk to us first. Write to support@yunoh.com with your Account details and the problem. We aim to acknowledge reports of illegal content, child-safety concerns and safety reports within 24 hours, and other complaints within 3 business days, and to resolve within 30 days; the escalation route is in the Complaints and Content Removal Policy.
17.2 Governing law. This agreement, and any dispute arising out of it or its subject matter, including a non-contractual one, is governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, whose courts have jurisdiction.
17.3 If you are a consumer, that takes nothing away from you. You keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you are habitually resident, and may sue us in its courts. We will sue you only in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory law requires it. We do not claim exclusive jurisdiction against a consumer.
17.4 Out-of-court routes. You may complain to the consumer-protection authority where you live, and in Cyprus to the competent national authority. In our final response we will tell you whether we are willing to use an alternative dispute resolution body and, if so, which. Nothing here requires you to exhaust our process first, or prevents you going to court.
18. General
18.1 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights, obligations or Account without our written consent. We may assign ours to a group company, or on a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, provided that does not reduce your rights; we will tell you if we do.
18.2 Severability and waiver. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest continues in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
18.3 Entire agreement. This agreement and the documents named in 1.3 are the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform, replacing any earlier understanding. Nothing here limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or removes your right as a consumer to rely on a pre-contractual statement. No one other than you and the Company may enforce this agreement.
18.4 Communications, relationship and language. We may communicate with you electronically, by email to the address on your Account and by in-product notification; records given electronically are as valid as if written on paper, and notices are treated as received on the day of sending, or the next business day if sent out of hours. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship. The English version is authoritative.
