Earner Promotions

Operated by: PXL NexQuantum Ltd, Republic of Cyprus (EU)
Applies to: Every Earner who takes part in the Starter bonus, the invite reward or the Welcome boost

1. What these terms are

1.1 Three promotions. These terms set out the conditions of the three promotions we run for Earners:

1.2 Where the figures are. The amount of each bonus, the qualifying paid minutes needed, the time window and the number of places are shown in your Earner hub before you qualify. These terms state the rules; the Earner hub states the figures.

1.3 How these terms relate to the Earner Agreement. These terms apply alongside the Earner Agreement with PXL NexQuantum Ltd, which you accepted when you applied for Earner status and which is summarised at /legal/earner-agreement. They add the conditions of each promotion and change nothing else in the Agreement. Where these terms and the Earner Agreement differ, the Earner Agreement governs. Once credited, a bonus is earnings under the Agreement like any other.

1.4 Taking part is optional. A promotion is never a target, a quota or an obligation. Not reaching one is never a breach or a performance matter, costs you nothing, and has no effect on your level, on matching or on any decision about your Account. Your right to pass on any match, decline any Direct Call and end any Session at any moment is unchanged. A promotion never changes your level or what a Member pays, and apart from the Welcome boost (section 8) it never changes your rate.

2. Who can take part

2.1 Earners only. Only an Earner can take part: a person whose application for Earner status we have accepted and who has completed Earner verification and given payout details. Nothing counts from before your Earner status starts, and nothing is credited later for that time.

2.2 The Starter bonus: once per person. Each person can receive the Starter bonus once, ever. It is not paid again on a new Account, on a new application, or if your Earner status ends and later starts again.

2.3 The invite reward: once for each invited person. The reward is paid once for each person who signed up through your personal invite link and goes on to qualify under section 4. You must be an Earner on the day it is paid: if your Earner status has ended by then, it is not paid.

2.4 What is excluded. No invite reward is paid for inviting yourself, or for an invite between linked accounts. Linked accounts are accounts held or controlled by the same person, or connected to each other through a shared identity, device, payment method, payout account or payout wallet, or through other signals that they are operated together.

3. What counts

3.1 Qualifying paid minutes. A qualifying paid minute is a paid minute of a Session or a Direct Call in which the Member used a purchased Matchstick.

3.2 What does not count. These do not count toward the Starter bonus or the invite reward:

Minutes paid with signup or promotional Matchsticks still earn at your rate, as the Earner Agreement provides: they simply do not count toward a promotion.

3.3 Your progress. Your Earner hub shows the qualifying paid minutes counted toward each promotion as they accrue, and how long is left in the window.

4. The window and the limited places

4.1 The window. For the Starter bonus the window starts when your Earner status starts. For the invite reward it starts when the invited person's Earner status starts. You qualify by reaching the qualifying paid minutes inside the window. Minutes after the window closes do not count, and a window that closes before you qualify closes that promotion for you.

4.2 Limited places, first come by qualifying date. The Starter bonus has a limited number of places across the Platform, shown in your Earner hub. Places go to Earners in the order in which they qualify, by the date and time at which the qualifying minute that completes the total is counted. Once every place is taken, the Starter bonus closes and your Earner hub says so, including for an Earner whose window is still open.

5. How and when it is credited

5.1 As Coins, to your balance. Once you qualify, we credit the bonus to your Wallet as Coins, as its own line in your statement, marked "Starter bonus" or "Invite reward".

5.2 Cashable like any earnings. A credited bonus counts toward your payout balance and is cashable like any other earnings. It is subject to the normal payout rules in the Earner Agreement and the Payout Policy, including the minimum payout, the weekly payout run and payment only to a wallet you have confirmed is yours, held in your own name (or, once bank transfer and Wise are available, an account in your own name).

5.3 Nothing else moves. A bonus does not count toward your level and does not change your rate.

6. Fair play

6.1 What is not allowed. A promotion rewards real calls with real Members. These are breaches of these terms:

6.2 What we may do. Where section 6.1 applies, we may withhold a bonus while we check, decline it, or reverse one we have already credited, within the same limits that apply to any other earnings under the Earner Agreement. A person on our team makes that decision, never an automated system alone, and we tell you the decision and the reason, so far as the law permits.

6.3 Review by a person. You may ask for any such decision to be reviewed by someone who was not involved in it. Write to support@yunoh.com. You may ask for a review for at least six months from the date we notified you of the decision, and we aim to answer within 14 days. This is in addition to the appeal and the other rights the Earner Agreement gives you.

7. Ending or changing a promotion

7.1 For the future, with notice. We may end or change a promotion for the future. We tell you in your Earner hub before the change takes effect, and the change applies only from that date.

7.2 What you have earned stays earned. We never take back a bonus you have already earned, except under section 6 for abuse or a chargeback.

8. The Welcome boost

8.1 What it is. The Welcome boost is a launch offer. For a set number of days after your Earner status starts, every paid minute after the first minute of a call earns at least the Welcome boost rate, even if your level's rate is lower. If your level's rate is higher, you earn your level's rate. The first paid minute of every call still earns the first-minute rate. The number of days and the rate are shown in your Earner hub.

8.2 Nothing to do. The Welcome boost applies automatically from the day your Earner status starts and ends on its own at the end of the period. It does not change your level, and the rate locked when a call connects applies to the whole of that call.

8.3 A launch offer. We may stop offering the Welcome boost to Earners whose status starts after a date we announce in the Earner hub. An Earner already inside the boost period keeps it to the end. Section 7 applies to any other change.

9. Tax

You use Yunoh as an independent freelancer, and tax on a bonus is your responsibility, as it is on all your earnings. We do not withhold tax unless the law requires it. A bonus is reported with your other earnings where the platform-reporting rules require it. Section 14 of the Earner Agreement summary explains both.
