Everything that governs your use of Yunoh is on this page. We have kept each document short enough to actually read, and written it in plain English rather than legal language. If anything here is unclear, write to support@yunoh.com and we will explain it.

Yunoh is for adults only. You must be 18 or over — or older, if the age of majority where you live is higher. Nudity and sexually explicit conduct are prohibited everywhere on Yunoh, for everyone, at every price.

The agreement between us

User Agreement The master agreement. What Yunoh is, who may use it, how Coins work, what you may and may not do, and what happens if something goes wrong. Everything else on this page sits underneath it.

Refund Policy When money comes back and when it does not. A purchase you have not touched is refundable in full for 14 days; once you spend any Coin from a purchase, that purchase is not refundable. If something went wrong on our side, there is no time limit at all.

Your Rights in the UK and the EU The 14-day right to cancel a purchase, how to use it, what happens when you do, and the model cancellation form. Also your data-protection rights, the regulator for your country, and where to escalate a complaint if we have not put something right.

Your privacy

Privacy Policy What personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. Includes how age assurance and identity verification data is handled, and how real-time moderation works without recording Sessions.

Community Guidelines The standards everyone on Yunoh is held to — what is welcome, what is not, and what happens when a rule is broken. This is where the No-Nudity Standard is set out in full.

Safety

Child Safety Standards Our commitment on child sexual abuse and exploitation: what is prohibited, how we detect it, how we report it, and who is accountable for it. Zero tolerance, no exceptions, no benefit of the doubt.

Age Assurance and Online Safety How we check that everyone here is an adult. Everyone who appears on camera passes age assurance before their camera can be used. In the United Kingdom, every user passes highly effective age assurance before the service opens at all. This document also sets out our position under the UK Online Safety Act.

Complaints and Content Removal How to complain, how to report content, how to ask for something to be taken down, how long we take, and how to appeal a decision you disagree with. This is also where intellectual property complaints and counter-notices go.

If you earn on Yunoh

Earner Agreement The agreement for anyone on the earning side of Yunoh. What you are paid, when you are paid, what you are never required to do, and the protections that cannot be taken away from you. Read this before you sign up to earn.

Reporting something urgent

You can also report a User, a Session or a Message from inside the product at any time, including during a Session.

Labels and memberships

Yunoh is labelled RTA — Restricted To Adults site-wide, so parental-control software can recognise and block it. We are a member of the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP).

Yunoh prohibits nudity and sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2), and Sessions are never recorded. The record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. §2257 therefore do not apply to us.
