Chat Rules

Applies to: Everyone on Yunoh (Guests, Members, Free Users and Earners) in a Session, in a Direct Call, in in-Session chat and in Messages, and every profile photo and first name

1. The No-Nudity Standard

Yunoh is for flirtation and seduction, not nudity or sexual content. That line applies to everyone, at every price, everywhere on the Platform, including every Message and the profile photo and first name you set. It does not relax for a paying Member, a long-standing Earner, a large Gift, a friendship, or two adults who both want it to: no adult area, no opt-in, no private mode. Break it together and you both lose your accounts.

A profile photo must be a photograph of you and is shown only to a person you are being matched with and to people you have met. It is scanned before it is shown to anyone, and it must carry no contact details and no one else's likeness.

1.1 What is permitted

Plenty: this is not a modesty test. Flirtation, seduction, innuendo, charged conversation. Suggestive presentation: how you look, how you move, how you hold the camera. Lingerie, swimwear, low-cut and revealing clothing: a bikini, a bra and knickers, a slip dress, a robe over lingerie. The working test: if it would pass on a mainstream beach or in a lingerie catalogue, it passes here. Everyday clothing too: the standard is a ceiling, not a floor.

1.2 What is prohibited

Four things, on camera at all times, for everyone, whatever their sex, gender or body type.

1. Nudity and partial nudity. The genitals, the anus, the buttocks and the chest stay covered by opaque material throughout. The covered part is the chest: one word, the same for every person on camera, not split into separate limbs for different people. We do not state this rule using "breasts", "female nipples" or "nipples", and neither does any classifier label or product string written from it. Sheer, transparent, mesh or wet fabric a covered part shows through is not covered. A garment that slips, an open robe with nothing underneath, a towel that falls: all exposure, all a breach. A thong is fine if the buttocks are not exposed; pasties and tape are no substitute for opaque covering of the chest.

2. Sexually explicit conduct, using the definition at 18 U.S.C. §2256(2): sexual intercourse of any kind, bestiality, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals or pubic area, actual or simulated.

3. Sexual acts with anyone else, and devices. No sexual act involving another person, in frame or not, and no sexual use of a toy, device or object on camera.

4. Framing that fakes explicit content. Do not frame, zoom, angle or tilt the camera onto the covered genitals, buttocks or chest to manufacture what the standard prohibits. Your face should remain the main subject.

Nothing outside those four breaches this section.

1.3 Teasing is permitted. Promising an explicit payoff is not.

Teasing, building anticipation and playful withholding are ordinary flirtation, and permitted. Prohibited is representing, promising, implying or bargaining that nudity or sexually explicit conduct will follow: for Matchsticks spent, a Gift, a Like, a Direct Call, more Session time or moving elsewhere, said aloud or by gesture, countdown or implication. Matchsticks buy Session minutes, Direct Calls, Gifts, Likes and Messages; they have never bought nudity and never will, so nobody can honestly offer it. Whoever asks for, bargains for or pressures for it is the breaching party, never the User who is asked.

1.4 No is always an answer

A Free User or an Earner may pass on any incoming match or decline a Direct Call, may end any Session at any moment, and may refuse any request, every time, without limit, explanation or penalty. Passing or declining is never a breach, never affects an Earner's Wallet, and never counts against anyone in matching, in payout or in any internal signal we hold. A Member is never told they were declined, just routed to the next match. Either person may end a Session at any moment, and nobody is obliged to do anything asked of them. Matchsticks, a Gift or a Friend Connection buy the minutes, not compliance. Pressing someone who has declined is itself a breach, as is bargaining, sulking, shaming, threatening to report them, or offering more money. An Earner sees, during a Session, how many Matchsticks the Member has left, and must not use it as leverage: pressing a Member, because of that number, to send a Gift, give a Like, buy Matchsticks, stay longer or place a Direct Call is pressure, and a breach in the same way. A Like entitles nobody to anything, and pressing anyone for a Like is pressure in the same way as pressing for a Gift, and a breach.

2. The conduct rules

They apply in a Session, in-Session chat and a Message alike, and to a profile photo and first name; the list is not exhaustive.

People and consent. No minor, or anyone who appears to be one, in frame, audible or in the room, including your own child, or a child in a photograph behind you. No exceptions. No child sexual abuse material; no sexualisation of a minor in words, images, staging or role-play, including age-play framed as adult fantasy; no grooming or solicitation of anyone under 18. No trafficking, coercion, forced participation, direction by a third party off camera, or exploitation of a difference in money, language or circumstances. No third party in frame or audible without their clear consent: if someone walks in, pause or end the Session. A bedroom is fine; a bathroom is not. Keep documents, addresses and workplace signage out of your background. Virtual and blurred backgrounds are fine if your face stays clearly visible and unaltered.

Sex and solicitation. Nothing prohibited by section 1, and no asking another User to do any of it or to undress: asking is the breach (1.3), and offering money, Matchsticks or a Gift makes it worse. No nude or sexually explicit images or links anywhere, including in a Message or a profile photo. Yunoh is not an escort service. Everyone on Yunoh is here for live conversation and nothing else: no offering, requesting, advertising or negotiating sexual services, meet-ups, escorting or any paid physical or sexual encounter, on or off Yunoh. No sharing, or threatening to share, an intimate image of another person, whether or not they use Yunoh.

Money, fraud and illegal activity. No spam, scams, phishing, fraud, chargeback abuse, fabricated emergencies or romance fraud. No money laundering or sanctions evasion, including misrepresenting where you are. No payment circumvention: do not ask for or offer payment outside Yunoh, by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card, payment app or wish list. No manipulation of the Matchstick, Coin, Gift, Like or referral systems, and no advertising or recruiting for other businesses. No gaming Likes: no giving Likes from more than one Account, no trading Likes, and no offering or demanding anything for a Like; we may remove Likes obtained that way. No criminal activity, planning or facilitation. No illegal drugs or other illegal goods or services sold, promoted or used on camera, and no weapons displayed, sold or brandished.

Harassment and safety. No harassment, bullying, stalking, sexual harassment or repeated unwanted contact: someone who stops replying has answered. No hate speech, attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious disease. No threats of violence, incitement or glorification of violence or violent extremism, and no real violence, gore, animal cruelty or footage of atrocity. Nothing that encourages, instructs in or glorifies suicide, self-harm or an eating disorder. No doxxing: do not share another person's real name, address, workplace, phone number, financial details or immigration status without consent, and do not pursue them on or off the Platform.

Be real. Your own camera, live. No pre-recorded, looped, virtual-camera or AI-generated feed, no face-swap or deepfake filters, no using anyone else's likeness or account, and no impersonating another person, a Yunoh employee or a public figure, including by a profile photo that is not a photograph of you.

No recording. Yunoh does not record Sessions, and neither may you: no screen recording, no screenshots, no filming the screen, with or without the other person's agreement. Do not publish, share or sell any image of another person taken from Yunoh, or use their face or voice to make synthetic material. One of the most serious breaches here, and it can be a criminal offence: see section 3.

Stay on Yunoh, and stay honest. Do not ask for or offer a phone number, messaging handle or social account, including in a profile photo or first name, or press someone to continue elsewhere; being friends changes nothing. No attempt to disable, evade or spoof age assurance, moderation, matching, rate limiting or payment controls, including any attempt to send an image in a Message, or to defeat the profile photo scan. No bots, automation, scraping, malware or attacks on Platform security, and no selling, buying or sharing an account, or using extra accounts to evade enforcement.

Messages. Private, asynchronous or between friends changes nothing. Messages and Direct Calls are between friends only. Nobody may send an image in a Message: Messages are text, emoji and stickers. Unlike a Session, a Message is stored, so a reported Message is decided on what was actually sent. You can block or unfriend at any time, without a reason: blocking is private, ends the Friend Connection and Messages both ways, and prevents any future match.

Your profile photo, your first name and the people you met. A profile photo is separate from a Message: any registered User may upload one. Your profile photo and first name follow the same rules: no nudity, no contact details, no one else's likeness. What you see in your People you met history is private and must not be copied or shared. The number of Likes a User has received is shown with them; who gave a Like is shown only to the giver and the User who received it.

Limits and prices. We control how much you can spend in a day: an affordability and anti-abuse control, shown in the product. The daily limit counts the bundle price, not any tax added on top. A Member pays 1 Matchstick for every two Messages, shown before the first is charged (User Agreement 5.2); a Free User or an Earner never pays. Chat during a live Session is free.

3. What we report, not just enforce

Some conduct prohibited above is also a criminal offence. We act on the account, and we report to the authorities where the law requires it or there is a risk of serious harm.

Where we suspect a criminal offence threatening someone's life or safety, we promptly inform the law enforcement or judicial authority of the Member State concerned, or Europol where that State cannot be identified. Our Online Safety Accountable Person, our Head of Trust and Safety, decides, escalating to the founder. Anything involving a child follows the Child Safety Standards, which name the authorities we report to.

4. If you break these rules

Automated detection and automated intervention run continuously on every Session and every Message, at every hour. Automated safety systems may warn, blur video, block an image or a Message, end a Session, and place an immediate temporary hold on an account pending review by a person. No lasting restriction, suspension or termination is decided by automated means alone. Confirmed nudity, explicit conduct, violence or an apparent minor ends the Session on the spot.

Outcomes run from a warning, through the Session being ended, to temporary suspension and permanent closure of the Account; where an Earner is removed for a serious breach, a Wallet balance is held while we investigate for no more than 60 days, after which what may be withheld is limited to the earnings attributable to the breaching conduct plus our actual loss, under the User Agreement and the Earner Agreement. What follows depends on what you did, whether anyone was harmed, whether you have breached before and how you responded. A first exposure that reads as accidental (a garment slipping, a camera knocked) is a warning, not a ban; deliberate or repeated exposure is treated as deliberate, and a person makes that judgement, not a classifier. We do not take payment history into account. Spending more does not buy latitude. No automated system closes an account permanently: that is always a human decision.

You will be told why, and you can appeal. For any consequential action we give you a statement of reasons: what rule was breached, what we did, and how to challenge it. You may appeal for at least six months from the date we notified you of the decision, and we aim to give you an outcome within fourteen days. Someone not involved in the original decision reviews it, and an upheld appeal restores the Account and any wrongly withheld balance. Reports made in good faith never count against you, even where we find no rule was broken. Deliberately false or malicious reports are themselves a breach.

If an intimate image of you has been shared on Yunoh without your consent, write to ncii@yunoh.com: a designated channel, separate from the general report route. The depiction is removed within 48 hours of a valid request. We make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies on the Platform. You do not need an account with us to make a request. The test is consent, not nudity: a fully clothed image shared without consent is in scope, and no other rule or deletion practice of ours stands in its way. 6. Age, and the gate countries

Yunoh is 18+, or older where the age of majority where you live is higher, and everyone confirms that they are 18 or over before using it. In the United Kingdom, Brazil and Japan, everyone verifies their identity before they can use the service at all. Every User in a gate country, on either side, passes identity verification of a government-issued photo identity document before any Session, any Message and any purchase. It applies to every User in a gate country, always: never on a risk signal, never triggered by something you try to do, and never on a sample. A self-declaration will not do. 7. Reporting, blocking and getting help

Every Session has a Report control and an End Session control. Use them: you need not be polite to someone breaking these rules, or wait for the Session to finish. You can also report from your People you met history afterwards, including a profile photo or first name shown there, report any Message, and block anyone at any time. Anything outside the in-product flow goes to support@yunoh.com with the date, the time and what happened. Anything involving a child goes to childsafety@yunoh.com, escalated immediately, at any hour. Requests to remove a non-consensual intimate image go to ncii@yunoh.com; see section 5.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services; if you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to a local crisis line. Our moderators can end a Session and remove a User, but are not a substitute for emergency or medical help.

8. How these Rules apply

These are the conduct rules for the whole Platform, and part of the User Agreement: breaking one breaks that agreement.

Interpretation. These Rules refer to people by role, in the second person, or as "they". Every rule of conduct applies to everyone in the same way, whatever their sex, gender or body type.
